Your Role as Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef at Strandhotel Seeduyn, you are a driving force in the kitchen. Together with the Chef, you ensure flawless operations and take responsibility for the quality of all dishes. You are the backbone of the team: you lead your colleagues, manage the planning, and make sure that every plate leaving the kitchen is perfect.

In addition to our regular restaurants, you will also be responsible for organizing banqueting activities, such as lunches, receptions, and dinners for larger groups. Working with large numbers of guests is no problem for you, and you ensure that quality and service remain at the highest level in these situations.

In addition, you coach and motivate your team - consisting of an international group of professionals – helping them to bring out the best in themselves. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality. You oversee purchasing, stock levels, and budget compliance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
