In this versatile role, you are an essential part of our kitchen team while also helping to maintain a clean and organized environment behind the scenes. You will work in the dishwashing area, ensuring that plates, glasses, and kitchen equipment are sparkling clean and ready to be used again in the kitchen. With some music playing in the background, you’ll work together with a friendly team in the dishwashing area.
In addition, you will be responsible for cleaning the staff accommodation and assisting with the company laundry.
We are looking for someone who enjoys getting things done, sees dishwashing not as a chore but as a challenge, and takes pride in working as part of a team. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and have an eye for cleanliness and hygiene, both in the kitchen and in housekeeping.

Working on Vlieland
On Vlieland, we have two hotels and a beach pavilion. Our family business originally started with Hotel de Wadden in the Dorpsstraat. Strandhotel Seeduyn is located directly on the beach, and it is also home to the island’s only large beach pavilion: ’t Badhuys. Vlieland is a tourist island with wide white beaches and a lively village with plenty of cosy bars. In summer, it’s sometimes called Vliebiza; in winter, it becomes a place where you can truly enjoy the close-knit, familiar atmosphere together with your colleagues. In addition, Vlieland offers beautiful natural surroundings.
