Hospitality Employee
We are looking for enthusiastic new colleagues to join our service team as Hospitality Employee.
My name is Danny, and I’ve been working here for quite a while. One day I’m working a section in the restaurant, the next I’m welcoming guests as a host, and another day I’m helping out in the event rooms. On sunny days, you’ll often find me on our lovely terrace, working and getting some Vitamin D, at the same time!
Together with my colleagues, I make sure our guests are never left wanting for anything. The work is very varied, which keeps things exciting and never boring! As Hospitality Employees, we strive to give every guest a memorable experience.
We’re currently looking for colleagues who are 18 years or older, as you’ll also be scheduled for closing shifts at Hotel New York. On busy nights, these can last until 1:30 or even 2:30.
And yes—all that hard work deserves a good paycheck!
- 18 years old? You earn € 11,64 gross per hour
- 19 years old? You earn € 13,09 gross per hour
- 20 and older? You earn € 14,55 gross per hour
What does Hotel New York offer you?
- Reliability: Your salary is always deposited on time!
- Salary: The starting salary from the age of 20 is € 14,55 gross per hour based on 38 hours, excluding tips, holiday pay, and hours.
- 30/30 member:
- Overnight stay with 2 people for € 30,- including breakfast, in all WestCord Hotels;
- 30% discount on the bill when you dine (food and drink combination);
- 30% discount on items in the Kiosk of Hotel New York / WestCord products and on Wellness in WestCord Hotels.
- Training sessions so you can continue to develop yourself.
- A schedule that is always known at least 2 weeks in advance.
- A net bonus of € 250,- when you refer a new colleague and they are hired!
- A hotel stay at Hotel New York, including dinner, once you have completed your probationary period!
What makes you a perfect colleague?
- You’re available at least 2 days per week, including either Saturday or Sunday
- You have your own transportation
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
