Junior Sous Chef

I started at Hotel Jakarta as Chef de Partie and now I have been promoted to Junior Sous chef. I can already cook well, just need to learn the leadership a bit more. This can be done at this position. I am Mick, and I enjoy all the sections and like to convey this to my colleagues in the kitchen. Next to that, I like to teach them the tricks of the chef's trade to cook even more efficiently. When I'm on the pass, I have the overview in the kitchen and make sure that all dishes of one order can be served at the same time. Of course things can still go wrong, but I am learning to do that. Despite that, I get the confidence of the chef and things are already going very well. I have a lot of product knowledge and can easily stand in all sections. This is expected in this position.
