Demi Chef de Partie
The kitchen is your domain. You dream about dishes and think in terms of recipes. Quality, taste, colour, fluidity… You ensure that every dish is created based upon the recipy and your instructions. You have everything under control and therefore do not suffer from stress. You remain cool and approachable even on the hectic moments. Your creations taste deliscious and you can regularly put them in scents and colors in new menus and methods.
During the shift, you and the Executive chef and the rest of the team are ready to provide the guests with the most delicious dishes. As a demi chef de partie you are responsible for the mise en place and your own section. You like to keep your own section in order and you are ready for your colleagues to help where necessary.
What makes you the perfect colleague?
- You can work well under pressure with the hot wok, the grill or the cold side.
- The dishes you create are identical to the dishes of our Executive Chef.
- It is no problem for you to have full responsibility for your section.
- You are a real team player; you communicate clearly and are always ready for your colleagues.
- You live in or near Amsterdam.
