Full-Time Position as Waiter or waitress at a Unique Location including Opportunities for Accommodation and Meals!

We believe hospitality is for everyone who is willing to make guests their top priority. As long as you are motivated to provide great service, you can become an excellent Waiter or waitress and maybe you already are! Living on Vlieland is also simply a matter of wanting the experience, because everyone is welcome here.

We are looking for team members who are ready to work hard while enjoying every moment of it. Someone who moves through the restaurant with confidence and energy. Someone who thrives during a busy evening in the hotel and genuinely enjoys making guests happy. Someone who is always the first to respond when needed and who finishes the evening polishing the last glasses with a smile. Most importantly, someone who becomes a familiar and trusted face for both guests and colleagues, representing the hotel in a warm and professional way.

You also don’t mind occasionally helping during breakfast service, working together with the team to give our guests the perfect start to their day. In short: someone who truly belongs in hospitality.

Working on the Wadden Islands (Frisian Islands)

We have five hotels and one beach club on the Wadden Islands. Our family business once started at Hotel de Wadden in the Dorpsstraat on Vlieland. Moreover, Beach hotel Seeduyn is located right at the beach and you’ll find the only beach club on Vlieland there as well: The Badhuys.Vlieland, Terschelling, and Ameland are popular tourist destinations with large white beaches and cozy villages. During summer tourists and workers make these islands very lively, whereas winters provide calmness allowing you to get to know your colleagues and enjoy the coziness of small communities where everyone knows each other. And, not to mention the islands have amazing natural environments.
