You manage your colleagues in the Housekeeping department, together with the Housekeeping Manager. You even have final responsibility when the Housekeeping Manager is not present. You do this with passion and pleasure. After all, you don't manage and coach by the book, but with passion.

Working at Hotel Schylge
We have two hotels on Terschelling, which are very different from each other. You will be working at Hotel Schylge, located in the only natural bay in the Netherlands, and Hotel Boschrijck (the name says it all), located in the middle of the woods. Terschelling is a tourist island where there is always plenty to do. Perhaps you know it from the famous Oerol festival? If not, now might be the time to give it a try!
