Are you the new breakfast cook that we are looking for? You are a real morning person and love to surprise our guests with your breakfast at The Market Hotel.
At WestCord, having fun and a positive attitude is very important to us, not only towards our guest but also towards your colleagues, because together we stand strong! Everything that leaves the kitchen, wears your signature. As a breakfast cook, you will ensure that the hot part of the breakfast buffet will look neat and full with fresh products. During the whole breakfast you will make sure that the items are at the right temperature, have the right flavour and colour. You also make sure that there are enough freshly baked breads ready for your colleagues so they can restock them and next tot that, it’s not a problem for you to make a freshly baked omelet for our guests. One thing is for sure, no morning is the same! And thanks to you and your colleagues, our guests will have a great start of their day!
About The Market Hotel
The Market hotel has a 123 rooms, devided over 6 floors. We offer 7 different types of rooms for our guests, so there is a room choice for everyone! In the basement we have our luxury Wellness and on the ground floor we have our restaurant, which contains around 250 seats and two terraces. One terrace at the side of the Grote Markt, with around 300 seats and one terrace at the side of the Nieuwe Markt, with around 50 seats.
Because of the favorable location of our terrace at the East wall, you can enjoy the sun the longest. And don’t forget about our Bakery, which is also located at the ground floor. The theme of our restaurant is old Dutch in a new jacket. Accessible is the keyword to our menu. No fine dining cuisine, but quality food for everyone with a slightly Dutch tinge.
