We are looking for friendly individuals who are ready to work hard and have fun. Spend your vacation, weekends, and full-time working on Vlieland! We’re searching for a waiter or waitress member who effortlessly outpaces the other servers in the restaurant, someone who thrives during a busy evening and feels energized by happy guests. Someone who’s always the first to respond to the bell and ends the evening cheerfully polishing the last glasses. A person who becomes a familiar face for both guests and colleagues, representing the hotel in a positive way. In short: someone with a passion for hospitality!

Working on Vlieland

On Vlieland, we operate two hotels and a beach pavilion. Our family business started with Hotel de Wadden on the village street, and Strandhotel Seeduyn is located right by the beach, where you’ll also find the island's only large beach pavilion, ‘t Badhuys. Vlieland is a tourist hotspot with vast white beaches and a cozy village with plenty of pubs. In the summer, it’s affectionately called Vliebiza, while in the winter, it’s a place to enjoy the close-knit camaraderie with your colleagues. Plus, Vlieland boasts stunning natural beauty.
