Are you our new colleague in the kitchen? Our restaurant Blue Dining is focused on the countries around the Mediterranean See, we work with fresh and fair products. From mise en place till a beautiful creation on the plate, you will feel at home in the kitchen and you like to show off your skills! You do not mind the responsibility of your own partie in the kitchen.
Our kitchen has different parties (rôti/entremétier/garde/patisserie), you will be trained so you will be able to take care of your partie independent. Next to the á la carte menu we also take care of buffets and dinners for large groups. This is a very different way of cooking and this makes the job very divers.
