Full- or part-time job as housekeeping employee on a unique location, including board and lodging!

Are you detail-oriented, hardworking, and proficient in housekeeping tasks? Can you ensure cleanliness and comfort for our guests? Do you thrive on ensuring guest satisfaction and see challenges in handling any concerns? Are you capable of maintaining a positive work atmosphere while working efficiently? If so, we want you! From tidying up rooms to ensuring impeccable cleanliness and from managing laundry to assisting guests with their needs, you feel comfortable in the housekeeping domain, or you're eager to learn!
Once you enter the work area you’ll be noticing the fun chaos already. You greet your housekeeping colleagues and you wave to the busy barkeepers and waiting staff. You discuss with your supervisors about the day's tasks. Are there any specific requirements? Any incoming guests? The tasks are divided. Together with your colleagues you make sure that the rooms are prepared and maintained. In the meantime you joke around with your colleagues, and check in with reception to ensure all guests are content Your shift flies by. After your shift you take a cold drink while overlooking the sea. Being a housekeeper on an island isn’t so bad!

We offer you a good hourly wage.
- From 16 years old: €10,75*
- From 17 years old: €11,75*
- From 18 years old: €13,44*
- From 19 years old: €15,11*
- From 20 years old: €16,80*
*Including holiday pay and vacation days, excluding tips.
Working on Vlieland
We have two hotels and one beach club on Vlieland. Our family business once started at Hotel de Wadden in the Dorpsstraat on Vlieland. Moreover, Beach hotel Seeduyn is located right at the beach and you’ll find the only beach club on Vlieland there as well: The Badhuys.Vlieland and Terschelling are popular tourist destinations with large white beaches and cozy villages. During summer tourists and workers make these islands very lively, whereas winters provide calmness allowing you to get to know your colleagues and enjoy the coziness of small communities where everyone knows each other. And, not to mention the islands have amazing natural environments.
