Hospitality employee Bar/ Waiter - NY Basement
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Hospitality Employee. We have positions available both in service and behind the bar or, if you prefer, a combination of both! NY Basement is a restaurant where you can learn all the ins and outs of hospitality! Our kitchen team prepares the most delicious 5, 6, or 7-course dinners. The bartenders shake up the tastiest cocktails, and our service staff ensures that our guests want for nothing. The only thing missing is you… We’re looking for someone who can give our guests a truly spectacular experience.
Depending on what you’re looking for, you’ll mainly work in service or behind the bar. A mix is also possible: for example, you might primarily serve guests, but when things get lively later in the evening, you’ll also shine behind the bar.

The entire interior breathes the atmosphere of this era. The ambiance, combined with a refined menu, an 11-meter-long bar serving delicious cocktails, and a super enthusiastic and fun team, makes our guests love visiting us.
NY Basement is open from Tuesday to Saturday. Additionally, on the first Sunday of every month, we host a Live Music Lunch, and occasionally, the venue is booked for exclusive private events. These are always scheduled well in advance, so you can plan around them accordingly.

What does Hotel New York offer you?
- Reliability: Your salary is always deposited on time!
- Salary: The starting salary from the age of 20 is € 14,84 gross per hour excluding tips, holiday pay, and hours.
- 30/30 member:
- Overnight stay with 2 people for € 30,- including breakfast, in all WestCord Hotels;
- 30% discount on the bill when you dine (food and drink combination);
- 30% discount on items in the Kiosk of Hotel New York / WestCord products and on Wellness in WestCord Hotels.
- Training sessions so you can continue to develop yourself.

What makes you a perfect colleague?
- We are happy to train you at NY Basement, but some experience in a high-quality restaurant/bar is required (cocktail experience).
- Currently, we are looking for someone for at least 2 days a week.
- Own transportation is required due to closing shifts.
