Chef de Partie NYB

My name is Rob, the Chef of the Hotel New York Basement. I've been looking for a Chef de partie. We produce high quality dishes and strive to give every guest a special NYB experience! Thus we are looking for a chef who shares this mindset and drive.

What does Hotel New York offer you?

  • Reliability: Your salary is always deposited on time!
  • Salary: The starting salary from the age of 21 is € 2.493,59 gross per month based on 38 hours, excluding tips, holiday pay, and hours.
  • 30/30 member:
    • Staying together for € 30,- including breakfast, in all WestCord Hotels;
    • 30% discount on the bill when you dine (food and drink combination);
    • 30% discount on items in the Kiosk of Hotel New York / WestCord products and on Wellness in WestCord Hotels.
  • Training sessions so you can continue to develop yourself.
  • A schedule that is always known at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • A net bonus of € 250,- when you refer a new colleague and they are hired!
  • A hotel stay at Hotel New York, including dinner, once you have completed your probationary period!

NY Basement
NY Basement is unmistakably connected to Hotel New York, but has it’s own character all the same. With its own kitchen and concepts, NYB carries its own culinary signature. From tasteful appetizers and delights from the charcoal grill, to the most culinary creations on our menu. As a cook I get to work with the best products, and that in a workweek with normal hours in which I still get to do fun things with family & friends!
